Get ready to flow
Yoga goes beyond the physical and is an individual tool to calm our thoughts by connecting the body, breath and mind. Each of us starts wherever we are and by what we need from the practice. This can be different each day and that’s okay.
Vinyasa means to place something in a certain way. This allows us to move dynamic through different poses and come to a state of flow.
